Reservation/Cleaning/Damage Deposit of $200 is required. Reservation deposits are refunded in full if booking is cancelled within four weeks of the starting date. Reservation deposit will be converted to cleaning/damage deposit upon arrival and will be refunded after your stay, provided the house has been cleaned. The full rental fee is due upon arrival. Stays of longer than two weeks must be paid in full three weeks before your booking begins.

A 9% room and meals tax will be charged for rentals of fewer than 30 days.

Children and pets are especially welcome!
