Rates: $175 per nite, price reduction for 1-2 bedrooms; Weekly Rates: $735-$965..EXCLUSIVE cottage rights in all cases....Holiday Rates 3 day minimum..$600... Payment by cash or check with a $200 check to reserve, to be deducted from remainder of fee on arrival, plus 9% Vt. Rooms Tax and $100 damage deposit also due on arrival. Premises left in same condition as on arrival, or there will be deduction from damage deposit. Damage deposit returned within 48 hours as appropriate. Reservation deposit will be fully refunded if cancelled within 2 weeks. Please check below for availability calendar...
