Summer Rates: (June-Sept.) 3-4 bedrooms....$150-$175 per night..price reduction for 1-2 bedrooms..$135 per night.. Weekly rates; $735-$965...Autumn Rates (Oct. 1-Oct.15) please add 5%. EXCLUSIVE cottage rights in all cases....... Payment is by check, with a $200 check to reserve, to be deducted from remainder of fee on arrival, plus Vt. Rooms Tax of 9%. $100 damage deposit required; premises left in same condition as on arrival, or $50 deduction from damage deposit. Reservation deposit will be fully returned, if cancelled within 2 weeks; $50 will be retained within 1 week and if cancelled on day of arrival, all reservation deposit will be retained.
