The three bedroom (2 in winter) log home is directly on Newark Pond six miles from Lake Willoughby, ten miles south of Island Pond, 20 minutes to Burke Mtn ski area and East Burke. A fireplace (with wood available)is the center of the living/dining area. The household water is filtered well water, Weber gas and Weber charcoal grills are available. There is a patio set, picnic table, aluminum rowboat,and fiberglass canoe. Newark Pond is great for swimming with clear water (warmer than other NE Kingdom lakes) and little boat traffic. The pond has brook trout and bass to catch for dinner. Hiking trails and dirt roads for mountain biking are close by. The home is on a dead end dirt road on the north shore of Newark Pond - beautiful sunsets. Great for year round fun!
