- Custom Header for calendar including Property Name and Location
- Multiple language support in: English, French, German and Spanish
- Owner Message area, Post messages to visitors. Let visitors know of
Specials, discounts, cancellations or even current events in your area
like Festivals, Races, whatever you wish.
- Twelve month display, Showing current month and the next twenty three following.
Our calendar is unique in that it "moves". Once the current month is over it is removed
from the display and a new month is added.
You always "see" up to a full twenty four (24) month calendar with the added bonus
of a year "look ahead".

How our Availability Calendar works:
Visitors to your site will immediately see a full twelve (12) month availability calendar. A dropdown selection is available to show up to 24 future months. The dates in red are reserved, while the dates shown as white are available. Also shown is the Owner Message area.

On the menu page will be an area for "Owners, Modify your calendar here. Only you can modify the Reserved and Available Dates on your availability calendar. There is a Username and Password area for you to login to your calendar.
This can be accessed, by you, from anywhere in the world. |

Once you enter your Username and Password, you are able to select the dates your rental unit is occupied. If for some reason a date becomes available, you simply un select the checkboxes for the appropriate date.
Once you are finished, press the "Alter Dates" button at the top of the page. The Calender is now updated |

Our availability calendars are based on a yearly subscription.
Price for the yearly subscription is a very low $10.00 (U.S.) making our calendar an excellent bargain.
